  • Additional travel charges apply outside of 30 miles around Lake Stevens, Washington. Client must pay any parking or tolls needed.

  • Twilight shoot: $100 - Return to photograph property during twilight hours. 5 included images. Additional images are $15/each.

  • Rush delivery: $100 - 9 a.m. next day delivery

  • Custom “tv screen” replacement: $5/image - Add your own blurb/headshot/contact info/etc to the “tv screen” in an image

  • Minor 3D model insertions (houseplant, lamp, etc): $10/image

  • Agent headshot on-locaton: $150 - Includes 2 final, basic retouched headshots

  • Advanced retouching: Custom quote - adding/removing elements, large image changes, etc.
