Video just takes that concept one step further; By SHOWING them the house in motion. Traveling through the hallways, really seeing the layout of the location. You can even nudge your clients emotions in certain directions using music that accompanies the property, or even showing old photos of the property within the video.

You also have the option to include your own custom scripting to really get across whatever you’d like to potential buyers.

Each film includes the following:

Approximate 1-2 hour video shoot of the location
Aerial footage**
Editing with 2 revisions
One licenses music track
Digital delivery of the final video

Off-camera audio capture: $100*

Additional revisions: $50*/each
